Very good location, right next to a hip bar/party area, but area quiet enough that we didn't get disturbed when in the room. The building and ponte/bridge in front of it are sort of a landmark, many people coming to take pictures of it. Looks beautiful, the view from the room is also a classic Venetian. Small and lovely private garden inside the property walls, perfect spot for the delicious breakfast the property is providing. Really friendly and helpful host, we got tips for amazing dinner sports around the area, plus plenty of other useful information and just pleasant chats every morning. Close to the ferry stop, so very convenient to reach even with bigger luggage.

Amazing value for Venice! Such a lovely homely feel, pretty courtyard and weather was fab so really enjoyed a lovely breakfast sitting out every morning. Very clean! I had twin room with ensuite & view of courtyard, really nice bathroom with good shower! Staff were really lovely, great customer service and so helpful with any questions I had about my trip ( eg - public transport services, events and tourist attractions,directions, recommendations of good places to eat) location was away from really busy areas so not too noisy at night but was only 5 min walk to shops, cafes, restaurants... only 10 min walk to water bus to get to all main sites and same again for the airport ferry and not loads of steps or bridges to get to them which is a big plus in Venice. Post office 2 min walk (if like me you are old fashioned & like to send postcards!).... I'm really glad I stayed here and would highly recommend!!

The accommodation is situated in a quiet neighborhood, with lots of good options for restaurants and bars. Very good continental breakfast with options for every taste. We had perfect weather, so we could enjoy our breakfast outside in the lovely garden. Mattia, the owner, gave us lots of tips that made our trip better. Listen to his suggestions and you won't regret it :) Very friendly and helpful staff.

10mins walking distance to rialto bridge and St. Marks Square. Breakfast very delicious, nice and comfortable beds :-) I would highly recommend this place for everyone.

The guesthouse was fabulous. Mattia was a great host and made sure that all of his guests were well looked after. He has an in depth knowledge of Venice and so gave very good advice. The breakfast was very substantial and the real Italian coffee was wonderful. Thanks Mattia.

Lovely stay, warm & welcoming staff, excellent hospitality. Felt very homely in this beautiful place. Highly appreciate the efforts of the owner in explaining Venice in detail, found it easy to get into places. Could collect the best souvenirs based on his suggestions. Also, I kept the map of Venice with description as a souvenir, too. Thank you so much for the extra cup of coffee & croissants. Honestly, I don't have words to say how grateful I feel to have stayed in this place. I'm pretty sure this stay will be my go-to choice when in Venice. One of our favourite stays on this trip

Friendly, welcoming and charming. Room was a very good size with antique furniture in keeping with the style of the building. Breakfast was good with a choice of eating in the kitchen/dining area or outside in the garden under the retractable cover (a rare find). Tea and coffee available from the kitchen but not in the room. Location was excellent. Just a few minutes walk from both the airport water bus and the Grand Canal. Will certainly stay again next time we visit.

Everything was as we expected and more. Tea and cake were available every afternoon which was a nice surprise and there was a little kitchenette to make hot drinks in between. Blankets were available if you wanted to sit outside at breakfast. Mattia was a perfect host and he and Wajida made my husband's birthday special. If we go back to Venice I would stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this guesthouse to others. Thank you Mattia for a wonderful stay.

Fab location, beautiful traditional accommodation, the host mattio was incredibly helpful, breakfast was delicious and very well organised, nice touch leaving leftover cake and pastries for the guests to eat during the day.

Everything. Great location. True Venice with canal views. The owner Mattia has a passion for his city like no other. If you want to know what to do to feel like a local he is the man to ask. Dont be offended if hes not interested in tourist traps, do your own research for that but do take his advice on local things to do and see. We had the best time exploring the walkways and getting lost only to find our way back. I cant wait to come back to stay again
